Architectural metal wall cladding with concealed fixings and a window reveal, installed by Marvel Roofing Projects in Sydney

Metal Cladding

Clean lines.

Architectural metal cladding installed with the same attention to detail as our roofing — from set-out and flashings through to the finished façade.

Why metal cladding

A façade is judged on the details you notice last.

Metal cladding looks simple when it's done well. Even panel widths, straight shadow lines, tight corners and clean window reveals are the result of planning the set-out before anything is fixed to the wall.

We come at cladding from a roofing background, which means the flashings, cavities and roof-to-wall junctions get the same attention as the panels themselves — with more than 25 years of hands-on experience behind the work.

Set out before it goes up

Panel widths, joins and start points are planned against the drawings so the façade reads evenly instead of finishing on an awkward sliver.

Sharp, modern lines

Concealed fixings and consistent shadow lines give the crisp architectural finish cladding is chosen for in the first place.

Detailed for weather

Cladding only performs if the flashings, cavities and terminations are right. That detail work is where our roofing background shows.

Light on the structure

Steel and aluminium cladding adds very little weight, which suits extensions, upper levels and lightweight framing.

Low maintenance façade

No rendering or repainting cycles. A well-installed metal façade is simple to wash down and easy to inspect.

Full colour and profile range

Standing seam, interlocking and box profiles across the full colour palette, including matt finishes — matched to the roof where required.

What we install

Metal cladding work we take on

Architectural metal wall cladding

Full façades and upper-level walls in steel or aluminium, set out to the drawings and installed by our own team.

Feature cladding

Entries, garage walls, blade walls and soffit features clad to lift a single element of the build.

Standing seam cladding

Concealed-fix standing seam panels for a clean, uninterrupted vertical line with no visible fasteners.

Custom flashings and cappings

Corners, reveals, window surrounds, head and sill flashings folded to suit the job rather than forced from stock lengths.

Roof and wall integration

Where the roof meets the wall is the highest-risk junction on a façade. We detail and install both sides of it.

Roofing and cladding packages

Roofing, roof plumbing and cladding delivered together under one contractor and one program for builders.

How it runs

From first inspection to final handover

  1. 01

    Site inspection

We look at the substrate, framing, cavity and the junctions the cladding has to land on — not just the elevation.

  2. 02

    Written quote

An itemised quote covering profile, colour, flashings, fixings and any roof-to-wall work, so you can compare like for like.

  3. 03

    Set-out

Panel layout and start points marked out against the drawings before a single sheet goes on the wall.

  4. 04

    Installation

Our own team on the tools, working to the build program, with the site kept tidy and offcuts removed.

  5. 05

    Final check

We walk the façade, check the flashings, terminations and lines, and hand over work that's finished properly.

For builders

One contractor for the roof, the roof plumbing and the cladding

When roofing and cladding are split between trades, the junction between them is where the arguments — and the leaks — start. Running both through one contractor removes that gap.

We're a family-run team, so you deal with the people doing the work. Straight answers on scheduling, early notice if something moves, and workmanship that doesn't come back on your defect list.

  • One set-out covering roof, flashings and façade — no conflicting details
  • Fewer trades to sequence and one point of contact for the program
  • Roof-to-wall junctions owned end to end, with no finger-pointing
  • Cladding scheduled around your scaffold and lock-up dates
  • Clear communication and early notice when dates shift
  • Licensed, insured and used to working to a builder's program

Good to know

Common questions about metal cladding

If your question isn't answered here, ask us directly — we'd rather explain it before the job than after.

Can the cladding match my roof?
Yes. Where the roof and façade are both metal we match the colour and coordinate the profiles so the two read as one building.
Do you do the flashings yourself?
Yes. Corners, reveals and window surrounds are folded to suit the job by our own team rather than forced from stock lengths.
Can you clad part of a house only?
Often that's the best result — an entry, upper level or blade wall clad as a feature against render or brick.
Do you work directly with builders?
Most of our cladding work is for builders. We quote roofing, roof plumbing and cladding as one package and work to your program.
